About Coach

I was not a very athletic guy growing up, the only “sport” I did was while I was in the robotics and in high school. I suppose the highlight was making it to the regional championship.

Turning Point

I was always different but never knew why doctors mistakenly dial me with neuropathy when I was 13. I was diagnosed with FA (friedrichs ataxia), a rare genetic disorder, shortly after quitting my first job. I had to quit because I had balance issues that made me feel unsafe working in the factory I was also suffering from depression, unbeknownst to me at the time the balance issues were FA. When I was diagnosed my depression got much worse, however, I decided I wanted to do something with my life so shortly afterward I started training here.

Motivation & Passion

My purpose for coaching is to improve myself and help others, the way my coaches helped me. My motivation is to become the best martial artist I can be.
