About Coach

Growing up I ran track from age 10-16. 2x National Champion in Louisiana 100m dash and 4 x 100m relay.

Turning Point

I started having severe health issues in 2019 and decided to work on what I could control. I walked into an MMA gym in South Carolina and the experience changed my life. I found a new love. I trained hard and earned my black belt under the World Martial Arts Federation ranking system under Jerome Robinson in March of 2022.

Motivation & Passion

I love helping people discover their strengths and see positive change within themselves. There is no better sight than witnessing someone realizing they are better, faster, smarter, and stronger than they believers.
