  • About Coach

I grew up an athlete before I ever called myself a coach. Football shaped my identity through discipline, sacrifice, and learning to perform under pressure. Competing at both the NAIA Division I and NCAA Division III levels exposed me to different environments, but reinforced the same truth: talent means nothing without discipline. Combat sports transformed me—not only physically, but mentally. Over the last five years, kickboxing and MMA have become more than training. They became refinement. I am a student of a coaching lineage connected to Robert Casper, James Krause, and Cory Sandhagen. From those influences, I learned that real coaching is not ego-driven—it is athlete-driven. I have coached youth and intermediate athletes in football, baseball, strength & conditioning, and combat sports. I have also managed fighter logistics, medical documentation, weight cuts, promoter communication, and front-office operations. I understand the athlete experience from both perspectives—inside the cage and behind the scenes. I am currently pursuing a career as a sports agent, with future plans for law school. My long-term mission is to blend hands-on coaching with professional sports leadership—developing athletes while protecting them.

    Turning Point

Every story has an opponent. Mine was doubt, fear, anxiety, and addiction. After stepping away from peak physical shape, I faced the uncomfortable reality of becoming “former”—former athlete, former competitor, former discipline. The true enemy was stagnation. No scholarship was coming. No coach was stepping in. No opportunity was guaranteed. I had to choose daily discipline or accept rust. Recommitting to structured training forced me to decide who I was at 25—not a highlight reel, not a memory, but a craftsman. That shift defines how I coach: defeat stagnation, confront self-doubt, and build consistency.

    Motivation & Passion

My passion is building disciplined, mentally resilient athletes who trust themselves under pressure. I serve: Fighters who want fundamentals Competitors who reject shortcuts Athletes who need structure Individuals seeking mentorship beyond workouts Sport saved me from complacency. Discipline creates freedom. Someone once invested in me. Now I return that investment through coaching. If you want hype, I’m not your coach. If you want growth, structure, and accountability—we’ll work well together.
